The Green Diet Spring Cleanse


This 7-day Spring Cleanse will leave you feeling lighter and brighter, refreshed, nourished and rejuvenated. The green foods mono-diet was given by Yogi Bhajan and is a gentle, but effective way to cleanse and replenish the entire human operating system. Mono-diets provide structure and balance. They are adaptogenic and allow the system to reset and renew and are extremely balancing not only to the physical body, but to the mind, the emotional body and the energetic field. The green foods protocol does not leave you feeling hungry and depleted as there are no restrictions on the amount that you eat. This is a very beneficial way to cleanse as it does not create the great amount of fatigue, overwhelm, and discomfort that some cleansing protocols do.

Come into this cleanse where you are at! Take on the green food mon-diet challenge and eat only green foods for the 7 days or simply integrate more green foods into your current meals. Other cleansing options include eating one or two “green food only” meals, eliminating sugar, alcohol, or caffeine, consuming only non-processed foods or any protocol that you feel would be of benefit and work for your lifestyle. This experience is designed to be nourishing for the system and allow everyone to participate in a way that feels healthy and supportive for them. It is not meant to be a rigid and unenjoyable experience.

Curated Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes to support the system cleansing and rebooting the mental, physical, emotional, and energetic bodies will be the foundation of this 7-day reset. The beauty of the Kundalini practice is that it balances, energizes, clears, and renews not only the physical system but also works to clear stuck emotions and negative thought patterns, and energetic disturbances. It is an adaptogenic practice and quickly balances the system as needed

  • Yoga sets to detoxify and nourish the organs

  • Breath patterns and physical postures for a glandular and nervous system reset

  • Meditations to clear the subconscious, create new neural pathways, and release stuck emotions

All classes will be via Zoom and be recorded so that you can do the class on your own time if you can not make it at the scheduled time. The Monday class will also be offered in person at Harbor and Bridge in Ohio City.
