What is Sadhana?

A sadhana is most simply described as a committed practice to oneself or to one’s spiritual practice. It aligns us with our infinite nature, our highest destiny and our commitment. This practice may be very different for different people. It may be a creative practice, journaling, walking on the beach. It is a commitment to show up for yourself and for life.

This Sadhana will be a Kundalini based practice including movement, mantra, meditation and breath. Each practice is approximately 1 hour via zoom. Committing to show up to a practice every morning is a way to show up for yourself and for your community. It has great benefits including enhanced creativity and prosperity, greater experiences of joy, more clarity, energy and focus, a deeper experience of your authentic self, more fulfilling relationships and a greater capacity to be of service and fulfill your destiny.
