Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Intensive

As the Autumn Equinox approaches and we transition from the warmer months into colder months, nature invites us to align and balance our human operating systems. The equinoxes are times on the planet when there occurs a balance between light and dark. In the Northern Hemisphere, we are in the season of fall and celebrating the harvest as we prepare for the cooler temperatures and less sunshine. It is a prime time to actively participate in the flow of nature through practices that align and balance our bodies, minds, emotions and energetic systems.

Tattva is a Sanskrit word, meaning true state, thatness or reality. They are the aspects of reality that make up the human experience. In the Kundalini tradition, 5 tattvas (elements) are identified: air, water, earth, fire and ether. When these elements are balanced in our system we experience wholeness and health. Also, when these aspects are in alignment in our environment, there is health and wellbeing on our planet and in our cosmos. The yogic science offers us an array of practices to support us in integrating the 5 elements of reality within our human experience here on planet Earth.

The experience includes Kundalini Yoga to balance the physical body, including the hormones and metabolism and meditations to balance the mind and emotions as we expand our auric field and radiant body. Double healing gong baths will balance the nervous system and create a deep relaxation in the entire 10 body system. Throughout the afternoon, lifestyle practices to maintain our balance and strength during transition will be presented. After the intensive, we will gather for community sharing, tea and snacks!

Investment: $50 includes a free e-book, snacks and drinks!
