Join us for a complimentary 45 minute Kundalini class and an information session about our upcoming teacher training in January 2024. All are welcome to join us for one or both of these experiences. The class will begin at 10 am and the information session will begin at 10:45 am. No experience is necessary! The location is at Harbor and Bridge in Ohio City. The address is 4321 Bridge Avenue and the entrance is on West 44th Street across from Masons Creamery.
