TEACHERS

Colleen has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation for decades. She is dedicated to creating spaces that encourage the joy of being and human creativity. She is committed to sharing the authentic teachings of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation in a relatable and modern way and is the founder of the Cosmic Living Institute, an Aquarian Institute dedicated to consciousness expansion, creativity, and human evolution.

Colleen has over 1,000 hours of training with the RA MA Global Alliance. Her trainings include the teacher training, Wisdom Body Training, Parapsychology of the Moving Thought form, Aquarian Child and Prenatal Yoga and Yoga for Y.O.U.T.H. She studied with her teacher Guru Jagat for many years and was a founding member of the Aquarian Women’s Leadership Society and Immense Grace in which she explored and practiced the large canon of Kundalini teachings for women.
